I hope that you are resting today after a busy weekend.  I know that I said it yesterday, but you did an incredible job.  Everything was so seamless and perfect.  Our wedding (and the weekend in general was everything that we had hoped for and more).  I am the queen of organization and I think you put me to shame.  I know that we had a frantic last few days with the mud, emergency floor, hay, restrooms, etc., and you handled everything so smoothly and allowed us to be completely unstressed.  Working with you was one of the best decisions that Brett and I made (apart from deciding to get married, of course).  It was truly a pleasure to work with you and get to know you.

If you ever need a reference for future brides, I would be happy to sing your praises.

There are truly no words capable of expressing our thanks to you for the super human talents you used to help make our daughter’s wedding the “most beautiful, “magnificent”, “amazing”, “perfect”, “magical” wedding imaginable. These are only a few of the superlatives used to describe the wedding by our guests, many of them jaded city folk.

The weekend was magical from Thursday dinner, through Sunday brunch. Somehow you managed to get everything to run smoothly, and get everyone to work efficiently. The extraordinary efforts you put forth to get our guests into another hotel after a fire ravaged the one they were to stay at, to making sure that the wedding dress fit to perfection 3 days before the event (huge thank you!) were just a few of the hoops you jumped through in order to spare us any stress. Your worked miracles!

Despite the most complex logistics including turning over rooms and a tent twice in one night (in the middle of winter), moving furniture, flowers, food and people, you appeared calm and serene (very reassuring to nervous parents.) Your negotiating skills and familiarity with all the Berkshire vendors, coupled with their respect for you, made decisions that much easier.

As we have told you in person, your constant support, advice and sense of humor made the whole wedding planning a pleasure. You are simply the best!

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything, and especially for helping us to have an absolutely phenomenal time at our daughter’s wedding!

We could not have been more thrilled with your work on our wedding. The amount of effort that goes into planning an event like this is astonishing; however, we never felt overwhelmed with you by our side. You worked tirelessly to guide us through the process and made everything absolutely painless. You even kept us all calm for the duration of the pre-wedding blizzard, which was no easy feat. Astonishingly, you also somehow made everything run like clockwork in over a foot of snow.

From your relationships with established Berkshire vendors to your willingness to work with some unique ideas to help realize our vision, we could not have asked for greater patience, professionalism, or encouragement. The process would not have been as absolutely perfect without you being part of each step. As the bride, I felt that you sincerely and consistently understood what I wanted… even when I wasn’t sure myself. What’s more, you made the actual wedding weekend so seamless that both of us truly enjoyed every moment. I am grateful for all that you are and all that you did for us.

Frankly, you’re fun, you’re fabulous, and a total joy to work with and be around. We could not have asked for a better experience. Every couple should be so lucky as to have a “Clover” of their own.

You made us guests at our own event. In reality, nothing more need be said.

Your style, your connections, your ability to listen to what is needed/desired and then to execute and “make it happen”, your skill at making what can be envisioned a reality… the entire package, resulted in an event that exceeded every goal and expectation that we had…

You connected us to the vendors who would match our needs and peculiarities. They exceeded our expectations, as well… You kept us on task so that nothing was forgotten and nothing was left undone.  And you did it all in a way that brought us closer to you, increased our respect for the part you play, and always with a sense of confidence that all would be well in the end. AND all was better than well in the end.

We received numerous comments of commendation for how the entire weekend transpired. There was always enough time to enjoy each event separately. Each event led to the next. Each event complemented the others. The entire weekend flowed from mid-Friday through the Sunday morning brunch. All guests left yearning for more… It was exactly as we wanted and better than we should have expected. So many things that could have gone wrong, that could have been a disappointment, that could have been flat, and nothing except wonderful outcomes were experienced throughout the three-days of events.

We have never been to an event where all the people were happy all the time. The pictures from all the participants, as well as from the official event photographers, are replete with happy faces enjoying the moment. And as stated above and issued as one of your hopes, we were truly guests at the events. There was nothing we had to do except enjoy the moment… and we did.

We cannot thank you enough.
